Part 01 · Research Strategy

Start with the questions you can't answer yet.

Before writing a single message, map the data sources, write the questions, and pick the first three moves.

Data sources

Internal
Who
Current Enterprise accounts, power users, and lost deals
Why
Leverage existing audience for fast data gathering and insights on what successful accounts are building
Signal
Seat count, integration credits, support ticket themes — surface latent Enterprise potential
External
Who
Industry leaders, AI shoppers, high-growth segments, competitor users
Why
Understand decision-making criteria, and whether we were ever on their shortlist
Signal
Stage of purchase, success metrics at implementation, decision drivers
Industry & Competitors
Who
Competitor docs, analyst reports, community forums
Why
Find the direction the market is moving and where we can differentiate
Signal
Landing page messaging, audience targeting, build requirements, sentiment on superagents

Questions to answer before ICP

Who are our existing Enterprise accounts, and what qualifies them?
Talk to product/data — identify max-credit users, success stories, real definitions.
What's the price and shape of an Enterprise account today?
Sync with pricing and ops to ground the conversation.
What messaging is already agreed and what are the constraints?
Pull in leadership and the broader marketing org so I don't dupe work.
Are we selling new logos or expanding partners and pros?
Anchor on sales rhetoric and annual plans before targeting.
Compliance: GDPR / HIPAA / SOC 2 — what's locked in?
Identify gaps that become battlecard objections.
Company-wide rollout or team-by-team adoption?
Shape pricing, packaging, and messaging accordingly.

Week 1 priorities

1
Priority 1

Mine the existing base

Look for sleeping Enterprise potential in current accounts — seat count, integrations, build patterns. Insights, not silver bullets.

2
Priority 2

Qualitative calls

5–10 calls with Enterprise accounts and power users. Build screener, criteria, and outreach with CS and sales.

3
Priority 3

Industry & competitive scan

What are competitors publishing? Where do their Enterprise narratives leak? What is the analyst story on superagents?

Part 02 · ICP

Meet the buyer.

VPs and Heads with decision-making power, working close to the C-suite, tasked with 'do more with AI' — and pressured to show ROI fast.

VP
Persona

VP / Head — AI Transformation

Mid-to-large company in a trending industry. Tasked with consolidating systems and proving financial impact from AI. Wants success stories, ROI, and an implementation path that doesn't stall in IT and Legal.

Job to be done

"Turn my company's AI focus into live, problem-solving solutions leadership can easily track — without waiting months for it to get built."

Current stack
Enterprise LLMs · TPA integrations · siloed point tools
Buying committee
IT · Legal · Finance · the C-suite
Inside their head

What they're actually asking themselves

  • I'm overwhelmed by AI options — not sure where to bet this much budget.
  • Everything is integrating with everything. What actually stands apart?
  • What license options exist for different roles and teams?
  • What security do I get out of the box? IT needs to sign off.
  • How fast can I customize this? Who's setting it up — me or you?
  • How do I show immediate, visible success to leadership?

Sell agent capabilities — not the platform

We lose to Microsoft and Salesforce on 'platform.' Lead with what superagents do out of the box.

Reposition 'no code' as solving bottlenecks

'No code' and 'vibe code' polarize Enterprise. Lead with admin controls, permissions, audit logs, analytics.

Expand from what we already have

Use existing customers and partners as a safer pilot environment for Enterprise GTM — without exploiting them.

Part 02 · Messaging Framework

Five pillars. One enterprise story.

Each pillar maps to a buyer question, a primary claim, supporting language, and the KPIs that prove we're right.

PILLAR 01

Strategy & Intention

"Is this the right move for us?"
Primary

Consolidate multiple systems into one platform every team can use.

Supporting

Every team using a different tool to solve the same problem isn't a workflow issue — it's a strategic one.

KPIs that matter
  • Teams actively using integrations
  • Tool reduction rate per account
  • Ease of stack consolidation (qual)
PILLAR 02

Governance & Security

"Can we trust it with our data?"
Primary

Your IT team has a checklist. We've already checked it.

Supporting

Permissions, audit logs, RBAC, and admin oversight built into every agent from day one — not configured later.

KPIs that matter
  • SSO adoption per account
  • Audit log & permission engagement
  • SOC 2 / ISO 27001 cited in win-loss
PILLAR 03

Ease of Use

"Will our teams actually use it?"
Primary

Powerful enough for your most complex workflows. Simple enough your whole team will actually use it.

Supporting

From simple automations to enterprise-scale applications — complexity is handled behind the scenes.

KPIs that matter
  • Time to first working build
  • Breadth of builders per account
  • Cross-department adoption
PILLAR 04

Speed

"How fast can we ship results?"
Primary

Scalable apps in weeks, not quarters.

Supporting

The fastest way from 'we're exploring AI' to 'here's what we built' — before your next all hands.

KPIs that matter
  • Time to first live app
  • Speed to publish pre-built superagents
  • What gets shared with leadership in 30 days
PILLAR 05

ROI & Results

"Is it worth it?"
Primary

Every business has a workflow costing more than it should. Let's find it, fix it, and measure it.

Supporting

Customers have cut manual reporting, reduced vendor sprawl, and reclaimed hundreds of hours per quarter — tracked from day one.

KPIs that matter
  • Bottleneck-to-agent conversion
  • Hours reclaimed per workflow
  • Industry-relative ROI benchmarks
Part 03 · GTM Plan

Two plays. Built for feedback first, scale second.

Bring superagents to Enterprise through the existing base and through a focused outbound motion — both designed to learn fast.

Play 01 · PLG

Source Enterprise from Within

Some Enterprise users are already on the platform, outside their company's official systems. A 14-day pilot turns them into champions.

7 days
Criteria & candidate list
14 days
Adoption forecast
28 days
Pilot adoption live
90 days
10+ Enterprise pilots in active feedback
Play 02 · Sales-Led

Go Beyond the Demo

Ship 3–5 pre-built superagents plus a sandbox. New Enterprise prospects don't sit through a demo — they try it for 14 days with sales alongside.

14 days
10–20 insight calls completed
28 days
Built-in agent usage measured
60 days
Iterate on which agents to ship
90 days
Pilots converted to paid Enterprise

Launch timeline

01 · Pre-Launch

Intel & Development

  • Mine internal data and account signals
  • Coordinate interviews (internal + external)
  • Build collateral: pilot agents, landing page, sales comms
  • Forecast success metrics at 14, 28, and 90 days
02 · Launch

Go Live with Pilot

  • Stand up landing site and sales motion
  • Inbound: feedback loops + fast adoption
  • Outbound: conversion + Enterprise expansion
03 · Post-Launch

Measure & Iterate

  • Analyze KPIs vs. forecast — did the ICP land?
  • Add success stories and ROI to site & collateral
  • Identify message gaps and segment-specific blockers
  • Reassess at 90+ days with fresh field feedback

Sales & CS enablement

Battlecards

Why us vs. Copilot Studio, Agentforce, and the rest — built in days, multi-team builds, integrates with the discombobulated stack you already have.

ROI & success stories

Enterprise buyers reach for proof. Real customers, real numbers, organized by industry and use case.

FAQs

How long is the pilot? What's it cost? How fast can we go live? Crisp answers make our team confident and our buyer's life easy.

Internal demos

Sales and CS see every release before customers do — no surprises in the field.
